The Department of English at Rutgers University, New Brunswick (USA), invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor specializing in Medieval or Early Modern literature and culture. We welcome applications from scholars working across the entire range of the medieval and early modern periods, from Old and Middle English to the late seventeenth century, and from a variety of methodologies, including work that embraces cross-cultural or global perspectives as well as trans- and circum-Atlantic writing.
