Stevens, Professor Emeritus of the University of Winnipeg and longtime member of St Paul's College Assembly (University of Manitoba), passed away not long after his wife, Virginia, in late June. He was the author of books such as 'Cycles of Time and Scientific Learning in Medieval Europe (Variorum, 1995)' and 'Rhetoric and Reckoning in the Ninth Century (Brepols, 2018).'
